Broker’s remarks: I know the boat from first launch, sold to first owner on 2002 and delivered on Feb 2003. Said first owner sailed her really rarely because he was working in far-east Indonesia. Then I sold the boat to second owner who kept her in front of my office and willing to teach sailing to his son but almost never sailed because too busy in foreign countries. The actual third owner since 6 years like to sail her in Sunday morning or three weeks cruising in summer. Then she is really very well maintained because never stressed: some sails have been never used !!! Great chance for a lover of this marvelous Peter Norlin design!
